Stonage Infrastructure was founded with a single conviction — Kerala's construction industry deserves sand that is genuinely trustworthy. Not just clean-looking, but tested, documented, and sourced responsibly from licensed reservoirs.
We source exclusively from licensed dam reservoir zones in and around Trivandrum, where decades of hydraulic settling produce naturally clean, well-graded material. The extended submersion process washes out silt, clay, and organic matter — giving you sand that performs predictably in every mix.
Unlike sand extracted from open riverbeds — increasingly illegal in Kerala — or manufactured alternatives that compromise workability, dam-dredged river sand carries no saline contamination, minimal fines, and consistent particle distribution. Every load is traceable to its source.

Sand is extracted from approved dam reservoir zones using controlled hydraulic dredging, in full compliance with Kerala state mining regulations. Every load is source-traceable.

Raw material passes through water-wash screens to remove silt, clay, organic matter, and oversized particles — producing consistently graded, clean sand ready for any application.

pH Testing & Certification
Every batch is tested before dispatch. Only material within pH 6.8–7.2 is cleared for supply. Your test report travels with your delivery — without exception.

Najeeb MCM founded Stonage Infrastructure with over 30 years of experience in the construction materials industry in Kerala. Having witnessed firsthand the quality and documentation problems that plagued sand supply across the region, the decision was made to build a business that would set a new standard.
Under this leadership, Stonage has grown from a Trivandrum-based operation into a trusted supplier across Kerala — supplying dam-dredged, pH-certified sand to hundreds of residential, commercial, and institutional construction projects. A commitment to full documentation and zero compromise on testing has become the foundation of the Stonage brand.
